Hi blue's, this is not a rumour or banter but........Something for us ladies! Everton have bought out a saucy calendar for Christmas!

The 12 players on each month (apparently it was hard to get 12 because a few of the lads didn't want to do it!) are;

Tim Howard
Phil Neville
John Heitinga
Sylvain Distin
Victor Anichebe
Kevin Mirallas
Phil Jagielka
Apostolos Vellios
Marouane Fellaini
Shane Duffy
Bryan Ovieda
Ross Barkley

Get your pre orders in ladies!

Those Ladies are going to get a shock when they turn over to feb and see Phil Neville.

What?? You mean the poster boy Tony Hibbert isn't on it. Scandalous.

Ooh, I can't wait till March to see if Johnny H really does have a double dutch. Tarquen DeVere

Agree0 Disagree0

Felli's a great player but he ain't no looker bless him!. They were scraping the barrel there!.

Agree0 Disagree0

Ooooooo looking forward to getting this! Ladies I can tell you, Phil Neville not much too look at but has a great set of abs! Not sure about Fellaini long, skinny body though, but the rest yes please!

Agree0 Disagree0

What, where is Jan Mucha!? Thing of beauty him! If we qualify for the Champs League this season or win a trophy I will buy it myself!!

Is Quaresma coming January Ed? {Ed025's Note - i think his £80,000 per week would put moyes off, especially for a loose cannon like him mate..

Believable0 Unbelievable4

Has this been cooked up in someone's mind or is there genuine interest in Quaresma

Agree0 Disagree0

Quaresma? Not heard this one for a few years...are we after Riquelme as well?

Agree0 Disagree0

Who needs Quaresma when we have Mirallas. Riquelme? see Phil Neville !

Anyone heard anything about the manninger trial?
BlueClarkey

Believable3 Unbelievable4

Guilty .

Agree0 Disagree0

Shame Mucha wasn't on trial for crimes committed against football. I'm sure I saw him on crimewatch once for impersonating a goalkeeper

hey ed, just wondering if you think that we can get champions league or europa league
efc luver jacklad {Ed025's Note - IMO jack, europa is a definite possibility, and champions league a possibility...a lot will depend on what happens in the january window mate..

Players I'd bring in January -
Holtby £6m
Vadis Ofoe (Loan)
Butland £4m
Donavon (Loan)

Out -
Mucha £2m

We need to bring in a goalie to provide competition for howard {Ed025's Note - perhaps alex manninger may be the answer, he is going on trial to us mate..

Agree0 Disagree0

And the USA under 20 keeper is training with us for 3 wks. Don't know whether it's to keep up his fitness or we're interested in him. He had a trial last year also I read somewhere.

Agree0 Disagree0

Be lucky to get anything let alone 2 million for Mucha mike!
BlueClarkey

Agree0 Disagree0

I doubt very much anyone would pay anywhere near £2m for mucha, except maybe brenda who likes to pay over the odds for average players. He's worth around £200,000, if that IMO.

Agree0 Disagree0

Hopefully Harrys got a job by then he always likes to splash the foriegn contingent

A win must be on the cards for us on Saturday ,the way were playing at the moment is fantastic and nobody can say otherwise.I know were not as tight at the back as we were last season but that is because were playing a more attacking style Moyes has taken the ball and chains of this season and were ripping teams apart which is great to watch, we should win on Saturday and that could be the boost we need to push on and try cement a place in the top 4 the confidence will come back but all i can say is God help the team we take our chances against cause it will be a Cricket score, the amount of chances we are creating is freighting but i am loving it. COYB, IMWT, Stef the blue.

Believable1 Unbelievable1

Love it Stef. Someone is going to get it soon.

Two clean sheets in a row will also do the power of good IMO.

Also it doesn't seem to matter how bad Everton play/ how well Sunderland play we get tonked at Goodison either way. It hurts but given the way you're playing I expect to be given a spanking. You never know though. My only consolation is that my dream team would get a lift while I cry into my vodka!!

Anyone agree that Everton should go all out to dign Jack Butland on january, ease him in till the end of the season then make him number 1 for next season?Rob Walker {Ed025's Note - i think our priorities lie elsewhere rob...to be fair, tim is a very good keeper, there is no doubt a quality back up keeper would be great, but i feel that a defensive midfielder, and a defender are a priority for moyes..

Believable4 Unbelievable4

I completely agree! If we can get Butland in now, Ofoe on loan with a view to permanent in summer and Holtby on a pre-seaon contract we would be laughing!

We would also still have 2 loan slots to play with!

Blue Bones {Ed025's Note - that would certainly do for me bones..

Update on Barkley he's scored 3 goals in his last 2 games in the Championship. I've watched them and although he's making mistakes you can still see he has serious class. He's going to be brilliant in central midfield for us in a year or two.

I hope we can bring in either Vadis or Holtby so partner Gibson and hopefully we can blend Barkley into some first team football in the next year or so!

Exciting time.

as moyes as said, this is the best everton side, hes had in his reign
we have atacking resources for once! but i really think mirallas is something special, can play anywere attackng wise, winger, striker, just behind! absolute quality!
but another point is that i really hope jelavic is not a one hit wonder! this season hes not scoring the goals he would of scored last season!
i think dropping him from the team and giving naismith a go would only want to make him play better and take chances like he did last year!

Believable2 Unbelievable2

Form is temporary, class is permanent. He's scored goals wherever he's been. He'll come good

Agree0 Disagree0

Everyone banging on about Jelavic is doing my head in! He has 4 goals in 8 games. Nothing wrong that! He has 3 of them goals in his last 5 games.
The lad is a pure finisher, he will score 20 this season and he will do it comfortably.

Agree0 Disagree0

The mans a natural born goalscorer. even though hes not scoring hes still putting in a good shift and still getting in the positions to miss the chances coming his way id be worried if he wasnt getting into them positions and pulling defenders with him making space for the likes of the big fella to steal in to with great effect.dont worry he will be back amongst the goals starting hopefully against sunderland.jimmy
