We have missed out on Naismaith, Moyes refused to put up the 2 mill required to force the clause in his contract so West Ham have snapped him up. My brother in law is a statistician for Sky, ESPN and BBC on a freelance basis and has very good contacts having previously worked for an agency, he stated that Naismith wanted to join us but we pulled out, not the other way around. This leaves me with 2 thoughts.
1) We have zero money for players, probably not even for Pienaar unless we sell first, or
2) We have already agreed and spent what money we did have on other players. Hope it is number 2, but fear it is number 1.

theres a lot of talk of people saying he's going for this and that, 1. no body really knows except the top brass a goodison, 2. anyone involved in euros now, will not be sold till after that ie, injuries prevented, 3. everyone under values our players, the board are not soft, look at previous dealings
there is a good chance, this could be the last season for a few of our players, that everton have to get somewhere, if we make a few aditions, early in transfer, after the high of the end of season, the players could still be buzzing and thinking of getting everton higher again, i think thats what wil happen, and if 2012/2013 season ends with us in europe, players could extend there time with us even longer. i would really be dancing if we could feild a first team of

RM donavon/Sigurdarson/Naismith (in order of prefrence)

if i had to sell someone, i would reluctantly sell rodwell (can live without, due to that squad) and would defo move vic out.

All ways thought getting him back would be differcult his form when he came back as caused abig problem i cant see them releasing him
Harry Redknapp absolutely hates Pienaar apparently, and Pienaar is desperate to join Everton, I think Levy is going to see some sense and sell him, no point keeping a player that doesn't want to be there and pissing off your manager.

all we need is to sign peanuts for next season and keep all are top players and bring barkley into it next season and maybe get some frees to strengthen up are bench?
