Who do you think should be our right back ed? I like hibbert but i fancy giving coleman a run there. Or do you think it should be neville? {Ed025's Note - its coleman for me...he needs to sharpen up a bit defensively..but is a threat going forward..

Ed?? Can someone answer this
question for me please. I think in the
league we have the 10th highest wage
bill. We havent spent any money for
over 3 seasons. When we bought
Jonny H, Distin, and Bily that was
with the Lescott money.
We are only a paltry 45 mil in debt
compared to other teams. Granted
our revenue is crap but thats down
to the board who havent a clue on
how to make money comercially.
Then why will RBS take all our money
from any sales we make and not part.
I cant see any other club having the
banks at the door like us. The reds
were in a similar postion last year but
that was over 300mil.
If that is the case and RBS are so
desperate for there money then im
sure other clubs would be in the mire.
Or is the answer that its not RBS who
wants there money back but one of
BK friends who he has loaned money
from and wants it back.
Plus every year in our general meetings
when our accounts are published
this was never highlighted.
The blue Don {Ed025's Note - it is hard to find out whats going on..there is rumour after rumour but only the board know the real truth..and they are as thick as thieves..

The fans just want to see the team moving forward and competing. We want success for this club and we belong competing for trophies. As supporters we won't settle for anything else. {Ed025's Note - we will have to while this lot are in charge, we are still one of the biggest clubs in the prem, and your right we do deserve better!..

We have consisitently come in the top 10 with this lot in charge. We can still compete as we have always done under moyes, but to take the next step and win trophies we need investment {Ed025's Note - you are right...but dont tell me that your happy with top 10...bolton, sunderland, and the like are happy with that...we should be aiming higher..

Maybe if you actually had facts right you'd know the reds were £130m (not £300m) in debt and 24 hours away from administration despite £230m annual turnover. Ours is £80m but bank ain't threatening to close us down. {Ed025's Note - thanks for the info mate..there are so many conflicting story,s its hard to know what to believe!

Moyes has a knack of getting things right. If we can be half way up at the turn of the year hopefully we can go on one of our late season runs and sneak into europe, especially if 7th means europe this season {Ed025's Note - i like you optimism....a bit naive i think..but still like it..

Might sound ridiculously unbelievable but why not go in for Kranjcar or Defoe loan deals?
Spurs seem to be buying replacements such as Adebayor and rossi so why not just go for it

I would love to see us get a quality loan player in, it is the boost the squad would need for when we come back after the international break. {Ed025's Note - that would be great..

A wide player and striker are needed, can't see spurs letting defoe go,but maybe krancjcar would be a possibility {Ed025's Note - the biggest possibility is ...no one....unfortunately..

I think kranjar would be a realistic shout ! He would come here aswell, he would get regular game time

Barkley is the key addition to the squad this summer. He is going to be influential this season and lift everyones spirits. I hope velios and gueye get a chance to show what they can do as well. {Ed024's Note - Good shout, would be great to see all these promising youngsters get a chance to settle in the Prem before injuriess force our hand anyway

We have a good blend of youth and experience, we really need to pick up our form as we have two winnable home games coming up

Barkley looks so composed, almost as though he has been playing for years. I thought baines played well on saturday as well.

Very talented footballer, think he's on 70 to 80 k so may be out of our reach unless we get rid of a fee

He would be great, there is a lot of interest in him. I think there is a chance we could get someone in on loan in before the window ends.

Am i correct in thinking that we have on our board one the the richest people in this country? If so then why isnt he putting his hand in his pocket to help us out of this current financial slump? Why is he happy to sit there and watch us suffer on and off the pitch? And if he isnt interested why is he even on our board? Doesnt make sence {Ed025's Note - apparently he wont invest in the club while kenwright is chairman....and hes not going anywhere soon!...but with people like them...money is king..

So he will invest if kenwright goes ? Is that fact or just gossip? If its true then why o why have we the fans,and the rest of the board not forced kenwright out If theres someome with a s**te load of money wiling to invest then we should do all we can to help that happen {Ed025's Note - he has apparently said it to a number of people...but when push comes to shove..who knows?

No Sir Philip Green, he's about the 7th richest man in the country with an estimated fortune of around 4.3 billion pounds

You wanna get of his back. When he first came into the team him and Gosling gave me a bit of hope for the future. He's been played in about 4 different postions, lots of speculation about other teams trying to buy him. Yes he has lost form but he needs to be put in a settled postion and get off his back. My main concern is who is going to score our goals this season. Weve looked sh*t* up front, and no creativity. Looks like the Walter Smith days..... {Ed025's Note - im afraid only one person can change that...david has to realise that 4-5-1 does not work for us..and the sooner he does, the better..

Must be so frustrating for the players never knowing who or where they our going to play.

In any business the employees look to their leader to show strengths in their decision making, DM needs to make his mind up about where he is going to play his players and give them a run in that position, if he keeps changing them all round it will just keep knocking their confidence

We have the same group of players that where so strong and the inform team towards end of season, so can't have any excuses there

Ok other teams have spent money but the teams we will be competing with have bought rubbish and we still field stronger team

Just need DM to play to our strengths and play players in their best positions

I would like to see us line up like this once player our fit

I know people have fallen out of love with the yak but he can still score goals and hold the ball up, he is only 28 isn't he?

I have left Jags out to show people we can still be strong with out him

We can afford to sell him and either drop the yak or beckford and by a decent striker

Either way we have the players to do beter than last season if only DM will settle the side into regular positions

No player or Manager is bigger than our beloved club, we can always replace anybody, we have proved that in the past

It's far to early to right us off yet fellow blues, it squeaky bum time yes, it's the time of the season where we all spend more time on forums searching for hope than with our Woman and kids lol but the answers our there if DM wants them

It is a big season for rodwell and arteta,i am hoping they both come good and play a big role for us {Ed025's Note - arteta is quality....rodders flatters to decieve...i would look to offload him..

Arteta is a legend, he stroked his penalty home so cooly yesterday

Don't give up on rodders, he has a lot of potential {Ed025's Note - its realising the potential thats the problem!

I remember him scoring at goodison against united and we got very excited about him,he hasn't moved on as a player since then {Ed025's Note - i remember that too...distant memory..

Lets not forget Rodwell has had an Injury, has been playing out of position, he is a Centre back who is being asked to play centre mid and out wide.

Give Jack a chance

Rodwell's value is simply dropping as he gets older and fails to live up to his potential. This is why noone has made a offer for him.
