Really impressed with drenthe last night. pace, power, directness, willing to take players on and try and things others wont, exactly what we have been lacking lately! massive shame he is banned for united game. i know its not a one man team but without him i cant see us providing united any threat in the final 3rd. cant wait to get this month finished! depressing or what! not important but does anyone else hate them cheap, ugly blue nets at goodison? they been there for 3 seasons now, i hate them, dont know why!

Not really bothered about the colour of the nets mate... just as long as we hit the back of them a bit more! Maybe we should put a massive target on em instead ;)

does anyone know if mosey is getting anything out of the money the club got for arteta? cheers and if were gunna sell someone sell MUCHA! just like salt he must of dropped the ball and thought it was good luck to throw it over his right shoulder

I think Moyes needs to have a long hard look at himself. I know you can't legislate for referree decisions (some of them dodgy to say the least). But why do we only ever start playing in cup ties when we are behind in the closing stages? Moyes needs to start fielding a more attacking line up

we need more fluent ball movement. i still think osman is our best CAM so if we play a 4-2-3-1 with osman on the left, we can play him in a more central role on the left which will allow baines to attack the left as usual, and cahill to get up into the box leaving osman to play the role which he did well last season and in the first few games of this season. we then have bily, coleman, vellios to come on and make an impact. {Ed025's Note - i like the defence mate...but oman and cahill are just not doing it for me, in my opinion tim is better coming on as an impact player, and leon is just not good enough, i know you will say he was our best player last backend of the season, and he was, that makes it 12 good games in 5 years!, he is too lightweight and inconsistant..

Yeh fair comment ed. who would you have in place of those two? drenthe on the left, coleman on the right or? because i dont think bily fits the bill either! {Ed025's Note - i would give ross more games, but i think we are really short in midfield, especially of pace..

Ed...you dont know what you are talking about...an embarrasment to the club...have you ever been to Goodison? {Ed025's Note - i am a regular mate, of 42 years standing, but unlike you, i dont look at the team through rose tinted glasses!...its people like you, who know very little about the game, that make our board think everything at the club is ok!..we are playing very poorly at the moment, and for me the midfield is too slow, but your entitled to your opinion, even if it is misguided, and naive at best..
