Thinking ahead to the weekend, I wonder how Fellaini will cope with Shawcross? I hope he keeps his cool and teaches him a footballing lesson

Believable0 Unbelievable9

You must the only Evertonian who doesn't know he'll be serving a two match ban. Keep with it!

Agree0 Disagree0

He's suspended so he won't be dealing with him at all!

Agree0 Disagree0

Be difficult for him to cope with him from the stands, he's suspended.

Agree0 Disagree0

Hes suspended

Agree0 Disagree0

Erm, hate to break it to you Fluff but Fellaini's suspended.

BitterBlue

Agree0 Disagree0

He's banned.

Agree0 Disagree0

Well Fellaini is suspended so he won't be playing.
Joe EFC

Agree0 Disagree0

Hes fluffed that one up!

Agree0 Disagree0

Better luck next time Fluffy!

Agree0 Disagree0

I think he will team up with Pienaar and get Shawcross
Magoo.

Agree0 Disagree0

Just testing :)

Agree0 Disagree0

You caught quite a few in your net there Fluffy. Nice fishing mate.

Mike

Agree0 Disagree0

Does anyone know if he's suspended? {Ed025's Note - lol..

We better sign Honda now Ed, I just put a bet on!

Believable3 Unbelievable2

Honda are rubbish, better off with Red Bull mate. Stick your money on them.

What odds?

Can see Lukaku as part of a player plus cash deal with chelsea? could maybe use the money to go in for lescott and a midfielder maybe, leroy fer?

Believable2 Unbelievable3

Lukaku good player, but no to Lescott, do not want him here.
Patsyblue.

Agree0 Disagree0

Total agree, don't care how good lescott is, would never have him back, ok he got offered more money and wanted the move, but to drop your performance and have us humiliated on home soil, and they keep telling people how professional they are, no mans bigger than the club and wouldn't trust him to not do it again, in the past stay in the past thanks!

i wonder what moyes told John Stones when he was signing for us?
i can't see him saying " listen son sign for us but I am off at the end of the season"
surely they would have spoken about future plans etc.
the more I think of it the more I reckon moyes will stay.
felli is bound to go for around £25 mill and I think he will be
given that plus the fer money which would give him a tidy
little pot to bring in 4 to 5 top players.
surely kenwright is isn't daft enough to let moyes felli and baines all leave is he?

Hodgson picks Ashley Cole ahead of Baines?

WTF!

Believable8 Unbelievable0

If baines played for united as well as he plays for us he wld start every game

Agree0 Disagree0

Great decision by Roy. If it was up to me, I wouldn't even have Baines in the squad. I wouldn't pick any Everton player. Forget England (and any other international team) and concentrate on just playing for Everton.

Mike

Agree0 Disagree0

Mike I agree a bit there, needs to rest gains now for our games

Westy

Agree0 Disagree0

You can't really blame him. In a game they simply can not afford to lose, cashley has a lot more experience at that level and defensively is arguably more solid and reliable than Baines. Attacking wise, there really is no contest, Baines wins hands down.

Agree0 Disagree0

Suppose that's one way to look at it Mike. That's cheered me right up :) Cheers mate - you fountain of optimism, you!

Agree0 Disagree0

26 Mar 2013 22:35:28
A disgrace! They desperately need the victory so Hodgson selects a defensive line up.

Agree0 Disagree0

Baines assisted 3 goals on Friday and earns a spot on the bench for his efforts, hogson is a terrible manager. I'd rather the Everton players not be involved in the England set up anyway, England are turd. Need to concentrate more on Everton right now anyways.

Toffee jack {Ed025's Note - im with you jack..

Agree0 Disagree0

RH was like a rabbit in the headlights last night he didn't have a scooby!

Thanks Woy for not including Everton F. C. in your indecisive failures. Personally I think it's a godsend to us in many ways .

#1 If Baines had been included he would have been slated regardless by the Cashley fans.

#2 We can look on from afar and gasp in bewilderment.

#3 We have rested players with a clean conscience!

Just been to Butlins for a 60's weekend. had a cracking time, Merseybeats and Beat Legends excellent. But why the hell do Liverpool bands insist on finishing with that dirge every time? {Ed025's Note - i know mate...it would put bleedin years on you..

Believable1 Unbelievable5

A jolly good rendition of Johnny Todd would get me on my feet every time.

How many encores would we need to satiate ourselves. :)))

I don't see Moyers leaving us tbh, I think he''ll sign a new deal as he is at the best club for himself!
Just my opinion!
Mr Blue Sky

Believable4 Unbelievable2

If he does leave, I personally can`t see him getting the Chelsea job.

The club that would suit Moyes is West Ham. Maybe considered a step back for him, but would inherit a younger playing squad with some good prospects coming up through the ranks, a board that puts their hand in their pocket and supports the manager and a club that will have a brand new stadium in the next few years.

They may be considered a `smaller club`, but think what Moyes could do there.

Cynical Blue.

Agree0 Disagree0

By the same token, cynical blue, he'd also be a perfect fit for sunderland who he's been linked with very recently. They splashed out £24m on just 2 players in the summer and have a modern stadium. Howay the Moyes

Agree0 Disagree0

Think moyes would be silly to leave imo. He's built this squad and doesn't need a drastic amount of cash to take us further, all though I do agree he's making the correct decision about holding out so he doesn't get stiffed with the transfer kitty and other things.

Westy

Agree0 Disagree0

IMO Moyes wouldn't take either the West Ham or Sunderland job. I just can't see a manager of that calibre leaving a big club like Everton to go and manage Sunderland who are in a relegation scrap. It's a monumental step down. I think out of the two clubs though, West Ham are the more viable option for Moyes because I just don't see Sunderland going places.

i wonder ed if fans are holding back on buying season tickets waiting to see moyes is staying or going why I say this is because I am holding back on mine if moyes leaves I can see a few players following him and for that reason i'm not willing to hand over £1000 for me and my son at the moment so would make sense if he's staying then why not sign now or at least annouce he is leaving so we can start looking for a popular manger that can make our stars happy to stay

i believe fellani and baines will go in the summer which I am so gutted about but look at how much we will get for them at least 50 mill just imagine wot moyes can do with 50 mill if he is given all the funds and if he stays

Believable1 Unbelievable3

There is no hope that we will get 50 mil for for baines and fellaini. i'd say a little over 40 mil I wouldn't hold it against either if they are going for champions leagues football. What ever happens tis a massive summer for us. I think this summer will make or break us.

bluepaddy

Agree0 Disagree0

I think Baines will stay. For the last 3 transfer windows Utd have been sniffing around him and if he would have agitated for a move, he would have got one. That is how football works these days. Baines isn't all that interested in money and is very happy with life at Everton.

Who else thinks that DM's lack of Champions League experience is turning out to be a barrier to him being given a chance to manage a club (home or abroad) that plays in that competition?
And who else thinks that because he'd (supposedly) want total control of football matters, other clubs - those with a director of football or an owner who buys and sells the players - don't want him as their team manager.

Believable4 Unbelievable1

C. A. : I think with the CL question, perhaps he could compete with any applicant, however he would face very serious competition if the club was a blingy or massive name club and would fall well short if a blingy or massive name coach wanted the same job.

The ''supposedly'' thing with full control of football matters, well who knows what the guy would put up with if he had plenty of funds in the transfer kitty, let's face it he has been deprived and suffocated even in this respect.
Surely he is realistic enough to accept the way things are at certain clubs.

german media reporting that roberto de matteo is now the favourite to take over as shalke 04 next season. wasn't moyes being widely linked with that job? maybe he's staying put after all. domo

Believable3 Unbelievable1

De matteo is out of work and speaks german the same can't be said for moyes, so it makes sense.
