Why is everyone whinging about us not having money to spend? Other teams are only buying players with cash theyv got from selling their best players... Do we really want to sell a star just to see transfer activity? Besides, i personally think that no player who has moved in this window is a star who makes me jealous not having him. Just look at the red sh*te, sunderland, villa, stoke etc... Yes theyre spending cash but is there a sibgle player we wish we had instead of them? Just overpriced run of the mill players.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

We need to keep all our players this season, isnt that why all the top teams are looking at a number of our players, because they're quality, just a striker in for the yak and were sorted, bring through some young players instead of getting into massive debt and ending up like leeds a few years ago, then we would have to sell

Took this of ToffeeWeb so apologys for pasting.

Everton's financial problems in the transfer market have been exposed again as they reportedly failed to match Leeds United's offer of just £150k for Preston goalkeeper Andy Lonergan. According to the Mirror, Everton boss David Moyes wanted to sign the player as back up for number one keeper Tim Howard and Lonergan was even training with the Toffees for "a number of months." However, Leeds managed to sign the keeper for the undisclosed fee, believed to be £150k because, the paper claims, "Moyes was unable to put in a counter-offer."

Earlier this month Everton's chief executive Robert Elstone urged the club's fans to be patient and insisted there is no lack of ambition at Goodison Park.
"The squeeze on money is harder than ever (this summer). Despite that, there isn't a day that goes by without the manager and chairman discussing players coming and, yes, players going, " he said.

"At the same time, there isn't a day that goes by without discussions of how we can sell more season tickets, do new sponsorship deals or get better terms, or loan more money from our bank.

"Everybody is 'flat to the floor' looking for improvements, looking for money, looking for players.

"There's a lot of hard work behind the scenes, not being played out in public. The focus of all that hard work is the first-team squad.

"And, whilst we are not blessed with a transfer 'war chest', and we're acutely aware, as custodians, that the long-term security of the club is paramount, there is no lack of ambition nor endeavour anywhere in the club."

I think what Mr Elstone is trying to tell you is, that you are f*cked.

Bye, bye Arteta

Bye, bye Baines

Bye, bye Cahill

Bye, bye Jagielka

Bye, bye Rodwell

You can keep Neville, Howard, Distan, Hibbert etc..no one wants them

Blair Mayne YNWA {Ed025's Note - blair...more like blert...you aint got a clue lad...we may not have your money..or your rescourses ...but you know what we do have..loyalty ...belief ..and passion..we will support our club through thick and thin..can you say that about your shower....you know the answer..

Believable0 Unbelievable3

Liverpool fans make me laugh, they are no longer a major club and will watch it all go wrong for dogleash next season when his overpriced signings fail him and with that pantomine horse up front {Ed025's Note - oh i really hope so..

To the red S***e fan, worry bout your own club instead of watching what we are doing you gobs***e, just wait till your waste of money players turn out s**t like everyones think they are COYB

Absolute bull sht, im actually doubt we were even in for him. I really don't think Moyes would have spent our money on a keeper that probably isnt even better than Mucha.

where has all the tele money gone?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Wages, day to day running costs and interest payments on the overdraft, new investment needed to move the blues forward. We have a lot of players on big wages, yak and yobo are on big wages and we are struggling to move them on {Ed025's Note - because they are on big wages...they are content to sit on the bench..and pick up a big wedge every week..for doing fcuk all..

Agree0 Disagree0

Wages for existing staff and players, bills and rates for a stadium, training complex and a city centre store, an academy trip to Russia, tours of Austria and the US, debt, interest, more debt, more interest and maintenance on a crumbling yet still majestic stadium. {Ed025's Note - i just think crumbling!

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Our finances are stable, we break even most of the time, what fans want is some money to spend on players to take us into the top 6 again, for that we need investment and for bill to move on. Nice guy, but he has taken us as far as he can. {Ed025's Note - well said..

One thing that struck me while watching our game against DC United was just how composed Ross Barkley was.
If this was his chance to show David Moyes that he is ready to take the step up, then he undoubtedly took it.
Of course the level of opposition wasn't Premier League quality and obviously he still has a lot to learn.
But he was composed on the ball, showed good energy in difficult conditions, wanted the ball, made good movement, linked up well with those around him and had a hand in one of the goals.
Hopefully we will see a bit more of the young lad during pre-season and you never know, if you're good enough, you are old enough and we could be seeing a lot more of him this season.

Believable3 Unbelievable0

Barkley looks class, as does gueye, seems like we have another crop of promising youngsters coming through. Reason for optimism, as we have a good blend of youth and experience for next season

everton wont sign any one the club is skint we are the paupers of the premier leauge some championship teams spending more than us showing more ambition come january when the transfer window opens again and we dont spend again because as things are going no 1 coming this transfer window we as evertonians should make a stand and want answers to are questions because at the moment where scouting for other teams to out bid us. This type of running a football club shows players we have EFC have no ambition or growth and to players we are looking to add to the team so they go elsewhere.

We carnt even afford to get the ground wall fixed on walton rd been like that 4 months probably everton fans knocked it down banging there head against it after the game SORT IT OUT KENWRIGHT OR GET OUT OV R CLUB FOOL
any bricklayer fans wanna fix it 4 3

Believable4 Unbelievable0

Like a lot of teams we are short of cash and until we get investment things are likely to stay the same. Moyes works wonders on a tight budget. I believe in him to find bargains and once again get the best out of his players. {Ed025's Note - yes...but when we cant afford loneghan..at £150,000 the cupboard is really bare..

I know this sounds like DM but we really arent that desperate for new signings. it is important that we back up our first team to keep them on their toes but also to protect against injuries. This is the difference to having good/bad halves to our season. We have hardly had a season where we can remain close to or top of our game throughout. Arsenal have the same issue currently. Most of us agree our first team when fit and have played 3-4 consecutive games we are fantastic. full of strength, skill and character in Baines, Jags, Felli, cahill). We can beat anyone on our day. Obviously, we dream of a top strikers, but its back up we need most. This provides the stability we need. Wenger and DM actually believe that high profile additions could do as much harm (spirit, dressing room etc) potentially as they would do us good. They are also known as the best managers with AF in the premiership. In Moyes we trust COYB (while we are at it - Landon Donavan and David Treseget are great shouts ). We can but dream . . . . Nice work Ed . . . .

Premier League - Everton 'outbid by Leeds for £150,000 player' OMG Whats happening to this club... Rumour has it that the staff at Goodison are going to have a whip round to try and bring Neville Southall back out of retirement, although Kenwright isn't sure whether he can afford his 50 pence per game wages.. {Ed025's Note - its bleak alright!...the way we are going..we wont finish within 3 points of liverpool....what a disaster..

Believable1 Unbelievable0

You bitters wont finish within 20 points of the reds next season

Agree0 Disagree0

Moyes will get it right, with whatever cash he has got. Moyes best signing have have been the bargain ones and he gets the best out of whoever wears the blue shirt. Lets get a striker in and blood some of the youngsters and if we can avoid the normal injury crisis then we will be at least top 7 again

Agree0 Disagree0

Why are red sh*tes reading an EVERTON forum? I don't read Liverpool forums because I couldn't care less about them. I thought WE were supposed to be the bitter ones {Ed025's Note - they realise that they are not a major player anymore..and this hurts them, so to massage their ego, they come on here giving us stick, we should feel sorry for them mate...for they know not what they do..

Just a quick opinion, I've heard recently about Aiden Mcgeady being linked with our club and I didn't know what to think about it having never actually seen him play before.
Being an Irish national player I expected a very plain hardworking player with nothing spectacular just a very good work rate, but when I came to watch a video of him playing for Spartak I was very very shocked, he is unbelievable. Excellent football player with great skill moves.
Handfuls of videos I have watched and not once has he made a mess of any skill manouver he attempts, he is so penatrating on the ball to a defense from what I have seen and that is KEY to what we need on the wings at the moment, well certainly at least one of the wings.
I know many people may argue that N'Zogbia is better or that because McGeady plays in the Russian league it's not as demanding but you know that Moyes works his magic with players he brings in.
Look at the evidence.. Pienaar, Cahill, Baines, Jagielka, Distin etc. The list goes on and on, personally I dont think that Mcgeady is one of them players that needs to be worked on he shows already how talented he is with a football, and if it's true that we are infact linked with Mcgeady then i'l happily say goodbye to N'Zogbia and wish him a good but very average career at Aston Villa.
If anybody doesn't agree with my opinion then I have a statistic for you from the news website. We all know how excellent Leighton Baines played last season and his performance rating is 7.0 (Good - Impressive, eye catching), Charles N'Zogbia performance rating is 7.1 (Good - Impressive, eye catching) where as Aiden Mcgeady's performance rating for last season was 8.0 (Very Good - Outstanding, very influential). He must of done something spectacular in Russia last season.

..Can you please post this Ed if it's not too much trouble. {Ed025's Note - your wish is my command mate...but regarding mcgeady...i have seen a bit of him, and think hes not a bad player..but my scottish mates, who watched him regularly with celtic..think he is a bit of a luxury player, who gives the ball away too much, and is not a team player. you tube can make any player look good...ryan babel, looks lie messi on it..but saying that..i would take anyone at the moment.....except mcfadden..

Believable1 Unbelievable0

Fair point, after all I've only seen him for about 30 minutes on youtube, his workrate still seems excellent though. Also If there is interest coming from our club surely Moyes must see some sort of potential in the lad. I'll second you on the Mcfadden comment, rather get me nan on loan. {Ed025's Note - if your nans wages are not too high...she,s in with a shout..

Agree0 Disagree0

My family are mainly Rangers supporters, (I'm not), but i've watched many Rangers vs Celtic games and McGeady is class. He is pacey, skillful and not afraid to run at the defence. He'd be a great signing

Agree0 Disagree0

Jelle vossen would be a great buy, his scoring and assist rate has been very high in recent seasons and he is getting better all the time. Good mates with fellaini apparantly, so it might be a goer. We need bodies in to boost our squad, so mcfadden on a free to be a squad player is not a bad shout.

Ed is there anything looking like happening? do you think there is any chance that we have a bit of money to be able to put the down payment for nzogbia. I know people are thinking "we would of put an offer in if we had the money", but ive noticed that we never seem to go in for any players until another club has agreed a fee or started talks with the player. This has happened a few times i think. I just wonder that if moyes came out and said he wanted this player and that player we would be a bit more successful and could of even got nzogbia at a cheaper price. Think about it, the likes of lescott and modric, a club announces there interest in a player, forces the player to consider his options and decide that he no longor wants to play for a club therefore forcing thru a transfer. Dont get me wrong i dont want everton to become a tapping up team, but everyone else is doing it, so why dont we? Were only losing out by not doing so {Ed025's Note - you never know mate..we may put in an eleventh hour bid for nzogbia..but dont bank on it!, i think we are looking at players on a free..or on loan..but i hope they are players who can improve the team!, and not dross, who other teams dont want..ie mcfadden..

Believable1 Unbelievable0

If there is only one player to be brought in it has to be a striker to put away our chances. Vossen would be my choice. We have got a lot of midfielders, with coleman, arteta, anichebe, gueye and billy can all play in wide positions

Who do You think we will get ed all the players we woz looking at have gone two other clubs like villa . They step in an take r number 1 target with cold hard cash 9.5 is not a lot off money in football thes days is it so y did villa get him wen we have been looking at him for weeks if we have 2 sell flog jags n rod well an get top dollar an buy 4 player s with the money .14 players have gone for free y can't we get n e of them thevlad who is goin 2 Bolton is a good player but as ever we miss out {Ed025's Note - we will be lucky to get anyone..players linked with us...is just sheer speculation. we will possibly get a couple of frees, but we could lose a top player as well..

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I really think moyes priority is to keep hold of our best players and build a team around them and blood the youngsters, i don't think anyone will leave and no players have made any noises about wanting to leave.

Everton have no money.

Why can't people get that in their heads and stock linking them with players that will never come, not because they wouldn't want to play for Everton, but because we can't afford their fee's, wages as well with players like N'Zogbia .

Skint @ Goodison. {Ed025's Note - nice name by the way...we evertonians expect better than what we have at the moment, we expect some dosh for transfers...not-50 or 100 million, just a small amount to get us one or two players..its not much to ask for!

Believable4 Unbelievable0

If moyes had 30 mill to spend we would have a great shout of the top 4. I think fans are frustrated as we know we are only a couple of signings away from being an excellent side.

Everyones talking about villa, but villa are going to be crap next season, they've just lost there 2 best players by a mile (i know bents still there, but hes not going to last long). I think nzogbia is only saying he will go there because there hasnt been any other offers, if we went in with an offer he wud sign for us. Villa just appointed one of the most defensive managers in the league, he knows nothing about attacking football and how to get the best out of attacking players (i dare anyone to name an attacker that he has made good, david bentley is a prime example). All nzogbia's hard work over the last 2 seasons at wigan will be wasted if he joins villa, there going to have a tough season with the fans against mcleish. Whats everyone think? Nzogbia should reject the deal and hope we come in, , if not hold out till january were we could buy for cheap. {Ed025's Note - really..nzogbia does,nt get much of a say, whelan has accepted an offer from villa, it is now up to other clubs to match that offer..he may be waiting for us?..but unless we put up, and quick, we will lose a good player who culd really improve our team..

Ed how much money do we get off sponsorships? and shirt sales and everything else that just goes into Kenwrights pocket he needs to sell up before its too late and we get players handing transfer requests, personally i think last season we should of kept gosling and we sold him off and I wouldst like that to happen for Rodwell, also Heitinga is a great player and shouldn't be sold Kenwright needs to pull his finger out or else we'll lose the main man DM {Ed025's Note - your right mate..BK is treading a fine line, if we did lose moyes, the club would find it very hard to recover, if not impossible!..

With the squad we have, a good pre season and the progression of some of the better youth players im facing this season with optimism. I think we genuinely have a great chance to get a european spot.
If we get off to a good start, is there really any reason why we cant compete? I dont think so. We have some of the most sought after players in England, and some of the best rising stars to.

Believable2 Unbelievable0

26 Jul 2011 14:23:03
Right my fellow Blue noses lets forget about N'zogbia because he will be going to Villa, personally i'm not to bothered as Magaye Gueye is looking quality in pre-season so he should be playing in that position next season the main priority is getting a striker Rodallega would be perfect but would cost us around 10m so it would still be the same problem but the money from Piennar, Vaughan and the loan money we got payed for Yakubu and Yobo should add up to about 6-7m so if we sell Yakubu or involve him in the deal i would be happy if Rodallega and a loan player come in this window. Or we could try to unsettle Odemwingie at WBA and just put a 7m pound bid in which will get rejected but it will make him think about playing for us and i think WBA would deffo take Yakubu as part of the deal. Team next season:

Howard

Coleman
Jagielka (C)
Heitinga
Baines

Arteta
Fellaini
Rodwell
Gueye

Cahill

Odemwingie or New striker

Believable2 Unbelievable0

I like that team BUT we can't drop Distin and Osman, sorry but they were two of our outstanding performers last season IMO. Odemwingie would be nice, or Yannick Djalo.

Agree0 Disagree0

I agree about Distin he was a rock last season but truth is if we play him then Heitinga will leave so ok we put distin in that spot then have a few more pounds to throw about but i have to disagree about Osman i no he was outstanding at the end of last season BUT he was only playing because are main players were injured dont get me wrong i love ossies work rate and his loyalty but if we want to win a cup or challeng for 5th spot next season Osman has to be a bench player, also Djalo i would love to see at Everton but 15m could be a little to much... from the original poster COYB

This is not a rumour. This is Fact. I'm sure I speak for the vast majority of supporters in declaring my annoyance and disappointment at our lack of ambition in the transfer market. Charles N'zogbia was quite clearly our number one, and perhaps only, summer target and our board have not backed the manager again. As long as BK is 'actively' seeking a sale of EFC I do not see this situation changing, therefore, the only positive outcome is the sale of the club.

Believable3 Unbelievable0

Im sorry but when we have had money to spend its came from a sell first.......our only real signing last season was a free in Beckford.

Billy, Jonny, Distin came from the lescott transfer and Fellini came from us getting into europe so you can see its been the same for the past couple of years.

I am ashamed that everton fans can follow the liverpool example and start shouting board out. I am only 29 years old and therefore cant remember the great 80's however i can remember the walter smith and mike walker days under peter johnston.

Kenwright and moyes have done a outstanding job in turning us from a bottom 4 fighting to stay up club to a top 7 team.

you work with what you got and we get into europe, dont watch whats going on across the park as they spent millions last season and they are wasting money yet again this season.

Steve J (Blue Nose)

Agree0 Disagree0

I will only panic when the transfer window shuts, we have until the end of august and moyes will have been held up by yak and yobo not going yet. Moyes is great at working on a limited budget and he will get the best out of whatever players are there at the start of the season. We will be at least top 8 again, we will have fit players back and some promising youngsters coming through. We need to spend whatever money we have wisely and be optimistic.

Steve J

We dont play with one up front because of the fitness of our strikers, at what point over the last few seasons have we not had one striker on the pitch and at least one striker on bench. The answer is never, so we have always had more than one striker available but moyes wont play them as long as cahill is there. But i do agree with your point that having cahill pretty much forces moyes to play the way we do, as everyone would agree theyd be dissapointed to see cahill on the bench. But i have to say that we always look a much better team playing 2 up top. Fair enough if he wants to play abit more denfensive away from home, but at home, especially against the weaker sides, we have to play 2 up front. Think of the games we lost or dropped points at home last season, it beggars belief. Im quite happy to see us playing with 5 in midfield against the top 4 sides but for any other side we should be attacking them from the off with 2 up top, not waiting for something to happen first and then change. What do you think steve?

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Id love to see 442 played at goodison even against top 4 sides. if you look at the games we should of won last season but never due to lack of support or service to the top man because of 451.

Gaeye on the left and coleman on the right of midfield, beckford and Vellios uptop. in centre mid fellini and Cahill.

Arteta and osman on the bench to change the game if need be.

As I said in my post before we have came to a point where our big players are the midfield so where do you play coleman, fellaini, arteta, cahill, rodwell.

Im not a big osman fan, never have been but he stepped up after peanuts moved on so he is in the mix too.

Steve J (Blue Nose)

Agree0 Disagree0

We need arteta firing next season as he is our most creative midfielder and gives us goals, moyes will have a headache in midfield with everyone fit, as i think he should start the season with ossie as he was sensational towards the end of last season

Lets take our minds of the transfer window and lets talk about something else.

Joint Ground with the reds. Get the Council to build it and we both pay equal rent each season.
Seats could be purple to match the liverpool unite kit we lunched a couple of seasons ago.

If we build on Edge Lane where the Littlewoods building is we could easly get a 65000 seater in there, open the old train station up and close to the motorway. keeping matchday traffic away from town.

I think im on to a winner there .

This idea has been talked about for years, it would probably be a good option, but it has never got off the ground as fans from both sideds will object to it

Bit too much doom and gloom here fellas...

Yes we haven't spent yet and we would all like to do so.

But I can't agree with comparing our summer spending to the likes of Fulham, Sunderland and Stoke. None of their signings would get anywhere near our team

If we are in the top 6 after 10 games then everyone will be all smiles and Moyesie new what he was doing the whole time - and that will include nearly everyone who posts on this site.

We clearly need a few additions as cover and to freshen up the squad but lets not panic.

Was this not the same side that we all thought could get into the top 4 this time last year?

I still feel we are just a 20 goal a season striker off competing for that 4th spot. If we have to sacrifice Rodwell to do so then that is the nature of football. I would rather a season long loan for Sturridge and then a few frees to cover the squad though.

Chin up lads,

COYB

Believable3 Unbelievable1

Agree0 Disagree0

Your point is somewhat true BUT all those teams are bottom half teams, of course their signings wouldn't make it in our team, but teams around us such as Villa etc are making signings that would make it in our team, ie N'Zogbia.

I think a quality striker is all we need to turn us into european contenders, we just need to avoid the annual injury crisis

If Moyes is happy with the squad then why the hell does he not just come out and say so and put us all at ease At least then we shall know what we have got going into the season. If we are skint and need to sell to buy then Bill please come out and say so. I think as fans that is what we deserve to be told.
Look we have 5 strikers at the moment ( Beckford, Saha, Anichebe, Yak and Vellios) We all know Moyes only likes to play one. We have enough midfielders ( Felliani still to sign) and enough defenders. He is giving youngsters their chance to impress so what positions does Moyes want to booster?
If we get a good start and do not get injuries we shall be up there. We have a solid squad that looks out for each other but come on Everton credit us fans with some honesty and intelligence.

Believable2 Unbelievable0

They did say at the start of the window that there is no money and little change of signings coming in.

The fight is to keep what we have and as much as i dont want to play in the europa league next season we need to if you want players to come in.

Why is everyone talking about playing a 4-4-2, when have we ever played this way under moyes, never unless it is going badly wrong and we change at half time (and usually it works and we look better). But get a grip it will be 4-5-1 this season again and we will be struggling for goals. I dont see how people are also saying that mcfaddens on a free so wont cost anything, rubbish, we will be paying his wages to at best sit on the bench. I still have a little bit of faith that we will try and make a deal for nzogbia this week, we have till aston villa come back from hong kong to sort something out as they cant discuss terms with nzogbia till then, also nzogbia is still on holiday. I just dont see why moyes would of stayed if there wasnt the promise of trying to get at least one decent player in ( and that player is nzogbia not mcfadden haha)

Believable0 Unbelievable0

The reason why we play 4-5-1 is that over the past couple of seasons weve only had one fully fit forward at a time.

If you want to play 4-4-2 then you have the problem of Rodwell, fellaini, Arteta, Osman, Gaeye, Big Phil. You all want them to play in midfield so where do you fit them in.

I dont think playing Cahill uptop with Beckford is the answer either.

I think people are so quick to cash in on rodwell he is a terrific talent and will probably be one of our best players in couple of seasons. I know people will say we can't afford to wait but I disagree we have a very good team and I believe we under achieved last season. I don't think its worth paying over the odds for a second rate player I would prefer we keep our squad together and maybe get a few loan signings and bring through some of the youngsters through and let the club accumulate enough money to buy a key player

Believable2 Unbelievable0

I agree with you however the other point is why sell 4 players to get the same amount of cash in that one would bring in.

Id rather keep 4 squad players and sell Rodwell who in my eyes hasnt proven enough to hold down a spot of the the likes of fellaini, big phil or cahill who are all fighiting for the midle of the park.

What people need to pick up on is that fact no one has even said their interested in Rodwell yet, Rooney, lescott transfers were the main talking points of their respected windows.

Why do people keep saying sell Rodwell? We can only sell him if someone wants to buy him, which at the moment is not happening.

Think we can all forget about nzogiba now, our board has f***ing let us down. People dont get your hopes up about signing defoe or anyone for that matter with a slight bit of quality. A good summer now would be tieing fellani down on a longer contract, doubt our pathetic board could do that.

MCFADDEN ?????? NO NO NO NO NO... This is getting beyond a joke, i have a feeling if next summer is the same as this summer we will see the back of moyes
I think the board knows the only reason there has not been a backlash or protest is because the fans love David Moyes, the board are going to pay if moyes leaves, i for one would not blame him if he did. Simple fact is we are holding him back, which is a shame because i genuinely believe moyes would love to be successful with us but it's not going to happen with the board we have {Ed025's Note - i have been saying this for a while now! and if we did loe moyes....god help us..

I have always thought that Moyes will give us ten years but will move on. If he did I'd only ever wish him well. The loyalty that he has shown EFC and the fans is unquestionable but he deserves a chance to fullfil his potential. Can't to see how I'm going to cope as a fan if he does eventually go and I am left supporting a club with the same board but no Davey Moyes in charge......I feel sick at the thought.

Im so annoyed at the minute It's horrible to see us falling behind teams, it was only 3 seasons ago that we finished 5th place for 2 season's on the run, we got into the semi's of the league cup and the final of the FA cup, it was then that we should pushed on but all we have done is stood still and slowly fall further down the league 5th.... 5th.... 8th.... 7th.
Whilst other teams.... Manchester City (with the help of financial backing) and Spurs (with the help of A CHAIRMAN WITH MONEY) have overtook us.
This season it's happening again, teams like Aston Villa, Fulham, Sunderland and even Stoke are getting closer and closer by adding quality to there squad's.
We are just sticking with what we have, we have great player's and some very good prospects but we need to move forward quickly in this day and age.
It's unfortunate and we all know it's against everything moyes believe's in but if we want to stay competitive we should sell one of our assets to bring in what we need... QUITE CLEARLY a striker and maybe a winger. Out of the "assets" that would get us 20 million or so Feliani, Rodwell, Jagielka or Baines in my opinion it's a no brainer, the player that wouldn't hurt us by leaving would be rodwell. We should sell him and sort ourselves out or i can see us finishing 10th 11th this season. {Ed025's Note - you know what your talking about mate...great post..

So it looks like we are missing out on zog, our main summer target, how many more are we going to miss out on, our club is a complete laughing stock, I think its time for one of the rich board members to stick their hands in their pockets or get the f**k off the board, If mcfadden comes back to everton my season ticket will be going in dusty bin, another totally frustrated everton fan, I really feel for moyes, If this carries on , I agree with many, he wont be here next season.....
