Use our rumours form to send us everton transfer rumours.

Does anyone no what's happening with this Vicente deal? ( if there is one at all)

Believable1 Unbelievable0

It is just a rumour, but if moyes wants him, he better get there and have talks with him quick, or he WILL slip out of our hands.

Agree1 Disagree0

Vicente was a wonderful player but has played barely 45 games in four years. His wages would be in excess of £2 million a year. Can we afford to gamble on him suddenly overcoming his injury woes as he approaches his 30th birthday? He was a great talent but if valencia thought he could be again then he wouldn't be on a free.

Agree0 Disagree0

We did on Saha and in my opinion that's paid off

Is there any transfer news around mersey for us blues Edd?

Madtoffee97 {Ed011's Note - All that i have heard today is that we are still in the hunt for bothroyd and Anichebe could be interesting stoke

Believable1 Unbelievable0

Woo hoo! I've always championed Anichebe and I know your views about him, particularly during the last half dozen matches or so, but I sincerely hope there is some substance with interest from Stoke! {Ed011's Note - You and about 40,000 other evertonians, nice lad but not good enough for us

Agree5 Disagree0

HAHA Anchiebe not good enough but Bothroyd is jesus some people!PADDOCKBLUE

Phillip green why do people think he has any link to the club re- the sale bill holds the cards and doesn't want to sell unless a massive profit comes in and nobody is going to meet his asking price

Sunderland favourites to land N'Zogbia and i very much doubt Ferguson would let Park go, hes a fan {Ed011's Note - Park is apparantly contemplating his future and if n'zogbia chooses sunderland over us he is nuts

Believable3 Unbelievable2

Both players are class acts and we need to aim to bring quality into the squad so we can push for top 6 {Ed011's Note

Agree1 Disagree0

Ed, Is there truth in this about Park? Frustrates me when 'fans' spread rumours about seeing this or that player near the training ground and it usually turn out to be a loada cobblers. Usually I'd see it as a bit of fun but when us fans are desperate for news, it just annoys me! Give us some news!!

Agree2 Disagree0

To be fair this is silly season for crazy rumours, as moyes said don't believe most of what you read, he will have made up his mind on his targets and will be working behind the scenes to make it happen

Park and Brown, are we trying to make a United reject team? {Ed011's Note - Park is a class act, most teams would be interested in him and brown could be experienced cover for us. Neville, Howard and saha have all been good business

Believable5 Unbelievable1

I agree ed, park has been fantastic for united. Brown could do a job for us as cover for the centre backs and maybe to fill in for hibbert at right back

Moyes can secure his transfer targets with a bit of wheeling and dealing. I trust moyes as he is very good in the transfer market and he usually gets it right, maybe with the possibility of a striker on loan

Believable2 Unbelievable1

Sky reckon if Sturridge moves, Fulham is the most likely destination... C'mon Davey!! Hurry up!!!

Agree0 Disagree2

If we miss out on Sturridge and he goes to Fulham i will be a very depressed blue! have you heard this ed? {Ed011's Note - I haven't no, he would be great for us on a season long loan, i am confident he would choose us over fulham if he had to. Two things to bear in mind though, Fulham is close to chelsea, handy for a season long loan and if he is settled down there and moyes might have his eye on someone else

Agree0 Disagree0

If he wanted to stay in London why did he come up north to Bolton?
Sturridge is a class act and I'd love to see him at goodison next season

Heard from a reliable source that Steven Taylor will be joining from Newcastle. And whats all this about 2 players being at finch farm for medicals Ed? {Ed011's Note - Nothing has been confirmed

Believable0 Unbelievable1

Ed, So many rumours!! I'm anxious to get the first one onboard. Out of all those linked so far, I think the most intriguing is JS Park. He'd fit in well, plenty of energy in the tank and never stops running. I just don't see Fergie would let him go. I see the Steven Taylor rumour has also come around again! The other matter also of interest is the story (from more than one source) that a takeover bid is about to be launched. The money offered for the shares is very specific and I wonder whether there is any truth?

Hi Ed, All these rumours today of park, welbeck, kayal, defour, bothroyd, vicente etc, have you heard anything yourself because unless we have major investment there is no hope of any of these bar bothroyd and he is crap. Also i see people are spouting off about a takeover again which is complete and utter bull. Sorry for the rant ed but i get really wound up this time of the year. {Ed016's Note - i know the feeling, Witht he sale of yobo/yak seeming imminent we shold have some funds, vicente would be free so we can compete with that but wages may be a problems

Haydn Cartwright the Next Titus Bramble!

Believable0 Unbelievable4

Dont no why we dont just stick with the Yak and keep the squad together! if we can stay injury free i can c us having a decent season1

Believable3 Unbelievable3

We have a decent squad, its just needs one or two additions and maybe it is worth giving yak one more try, he was great when he went out on loan last season

After all moyes talk at the end of the season whats the odds we wont have anyone signed by the start of pre season. Does anyone know when are they due back for pre season? {Ed011's Note - Moyes has just got back from holiday, give him chance

Believable4 Unbelievable1

21 Jun 2011 13:30:28
I believe we will do well next season. We were great in the second half of last season, with quite a few injuires, we made goodison a fortress beating the likes of city, chelsea and spurs. With everyone fit and a couple more signings we will be at least 7th again right, with a shout of the top 6 {Ed011's Note - i agree with you

Believable2 Unbelievable2

With a good start we would have every chance of top 6, as long as our home form carries on from the end of last season

Agree2 Disagree0

21 Jun 2011 13:07:03
If we are close to signing Wes Brown for 3mil why are we not using this money to go towards the down payment on N'Zogbia? I dont see where Brown will fit in at all we have a solid back line and isnt going to disrupt that and have plenty of cover. Ed do you think someone like Heitinga might be on their way and moyes is signing Brown on the cheap so we still have cover because if not this just seems a waste of money that could be used to strenghten other areas of the squad. {Ed011's Note - There a lot of people who rate Brown, maybe Brown would be played over hibbert at right back, thats were alex played him in the season united last won the champions league

Like so many other Evertonians, I do get frustrated that we don't seem to be able to compete with many other, (some of them much smaller), clubs in the transfer market. What makes it even worse is that Moysie would only need a relatively modest budget, (by modern standards), to make us a top 4 side.
However, I cannot understand all the posters who constantly have a go at Bill Kenwright. Have these people forgotten what a mess we were in when Peter Johnson was chairman? Since Bill took charge it has been an(almost) ever improving situation, season after season. He also deserves huge credit for keeping Moysie at Goodison.
To all these fans who think they want Kenwright out, can I just suggest they take a look 35 miles north-east of Goodison at Blackburn Rovers. They made the massive error of allowing 2 "playboy chairmen" to take over. These guys obviously had loads of money but zero football knowledge, made obvious by their first action - sacking Big Sam. The team was hugely fortunate to avoid relegation this season, and, despite all their money, I believe they will be struggling again next season.
Is that what these fans want? Our great club being used as a plaything by some foreign rich kid, who would probably want a big-name ex-player with no management experience at all as boss just to boost his ego? I know I certainly don't. I am sure that if an investor who would put money in & not want to interfere in "on the pitch" matters were to come along, Bill would have him in like a shot. Come on people he IS one of us - a true blue Evertonian.

Believable5 Unbelievable4

Bill is a fan and i am sure that he has worked hard for us, but we need someone who can take us onto the next step, as this club should be challenging for trophies

Agree4 Disagree1

Bill is a fan, however as a chairman he is a waste of space, please leave bill kenwright we dont want you.COYB IMWT KENWRIGHT OUT FACT

Agree3 Disagree1

Fact is, that those not niterfering investors that you speak of have come along before, the problem is that Bill wants to stay on and have a controlling hand in everything, who is going to invest millions of pounds in any club/business when the old chairman still wants to hang round and have a say in everything? i got told this a few years back from someone at the club, and who still works there now

hi ed. have we actually got a chance of signing defoe oor sturridge or is it more a chance of welbeck on loan and bothroyd free? i hear berbatov mentioned but i wouldnt want him (lazy player expensive wages) and whats the situation with nzogbia is it us or newcastle.
i think arteta could play wide left if needed {Ed011's Note - Moyes wants nzogbia and a top class striker,i just don't know how much he rates bothroyd. He wants to offload the fringe players and then do business

Believable3 Unbelievable0

Yobo 3m
yak 4m
billy 6m
jonny 6m?
vic 3m
that cud net us around 20m for players who havent produced for us spend that wisley and we will be sound.

Agree2 Disagree0

If he had a hard working strike partner like shane long he would be a very good signing because he would score alot of goals

Moyes top 2 targets are sturridge and n'zogbia

Agreed.. tht would be awesome.. BUT will he be given the money to buy them?? I'm afraid tht sturridge will be out of our reach.. hes English.. around 15-25m for sure.. As for zog.. Hopefully we can get 5-6m from Yobo.. 3m for Yak..

does anyone know how much tomas pekhart for czech republic u21 would cost or what club he plays for
because if hes cheap he could be a good signing instead of going for more expensive striker and he is supposed to have a very good strike record
this is just an idea so tell me if you think he would be a good signing
