Well, I see Frank De Boer has been sacked by Inter Milan after just 11 games in charge. & with Moyesy doing so badly at Sunderland as well I think it's safe to say that our new Owner Moshiri made a very astute and wise decision in recruiting R. Koeman!

I second that Soli. Was my first pick when RM left. Even when he was saying he wasn't leaving Southampton I thought he was the best manager within our reach.
All the talk about Mourinho etc just wasn't likely. I am happy with him and I hope the improvement continues.
Southampton seem to still be doing well. After losing 2 managers and an awful lot of players over the last 3 - 4 years makes me think they have well capable people working behind the scenes.
Their last 2 managers seem to be doing good with their new clubs, Spurs and Everton.

Not arguing, I think Koeman is doing pretty well, but look at the two guys I recommended - Favre has Nice 6 points clear at the top of the French League and Gourvennec has Guingamp - basically a village team - in 4th. Either of these two would have been fantastic at Everton. Don't want to sound negative, I just wish we'd broaden our horizons a bit sometimes.

I was always a big Pellegrini fan and think he would of done ok at Everton. Saying that I do now believe we have the right manager in place and that he is more than capable to turn us back into a top team within his 3 years with us.

Don't think you can measure De Boer by what is going on at Inter, the whole club is in a mess. Moyes is history let it go. Favre, French league? Pellegrini really. We have a very good manager think it's time to focus on him and forget the rest, including Mr Moyes.
