jelly, will be back on the goal trail tomorrow, mark my words! at least 2!

Let's hope so Joe. I have mirallas down to score two or more.

Let's be honest we've been saying this for the last 3 months near enough (last league goal Dec 9th, last goal 7th Jan in the cup) that he'll bag a couple here and there, and it's not happened. But, I also have a good feeling he will score today. IF he had maintained some semblence of the form he showed last season (scoring say 1 in 2) then we'd be a lot better off, to state the bleeding obvious, but, sadly, it's a case of look what you could have won/achieved

Nile Ranger leaves Newcastle United by Mutual consent! Worth a dabble?

Believable1 Unbelievable8

Been in prison more times than he's scored goals, no way!

Agree0 Disagree0

No way! The guy is absolute tripe.

BitterBlue

Would rather have the lone ranger.

I think Nile fever would be preferable!

I just bought tickets for Wigan and Stoke at home. The Wigan match is the first time ever I'm going on my own (I'm 15 - is that sad?), so I'll be going on the train from Preston to Kirkdale, switching at Ormskirk. My question is: What is the quickest way to the ground from the station?

Also, I sense a win on both matches, especially the latter as the Stoke game is my birthday.

Believable2 Unbelievable2

Stoke home is my b-day too, reckon we will beat wigan 2-1, and stoke 2-0.

Agree0 Disagree0

Just walk it mate, won't take more than 10 minutes

Just follow the crowd mate! Easiest way to get there

Come out of kirkdale, you'll come to a cross roads with traffic lights, go straight across, keep going down that road until you see a pub and petrol station on your left, head up the road past the petrol station and keep going up that road and you will end up behind park end

If Wigan beat that lot across the park this weekend, does that make Roberto Martinez even more warmly regarded as a possible successor if David Moyes leaves?

Believable3 Unbelievable2

Probably, but a defeat for the dark side will count for very little if we fail to win our match.

you have to love going onto the official website, looking at injuries and suspensions and seeing both fellaini and anichebe's injuries as unkown and time out unknown. surely they know what the player has injured? they can't be that bad at their job? and they must have a rough time frame. hibbert is still unknown. did he have open-heart surgery or something? we have never heard anything about a time frame for hibbo. as usual our club to fans relation regarding injured players is poor.

Believable4 Unbelievable2

Two thoughts:
First, why tell other clubs about our players' injuries.
Second, judging by how many times players have come back too soon and been injured again, I can understand some prudence in saying how long they're likely to be out.

Agree0 Disagree0

Moyes has now said hibbo could miss the rest of the season. ok I can slightly undertstand the time frame bit but to not specify what the injury is? not even a body part? come on

sorry to state to obvious, but only a win will do against reading. We need to start pulling away from the sh*te below us, and start looking like at least 1 european competition we will be in, by our league position.

Again sorry for stating the obvious.

We can't keep clean sheets and we're not clinical in our finishing. If we don't improve on both those fronts, we could dominate the match, but still only end up with a draw.
