I heard a while ago that we had signed a deal with Nike to be our kit provider, has anyone else heard this or have i just imagined this? i cant seem to find any info on it anywhere. {Ed025's Note - le coq sportif have it, even though there have been nike rumours

Nike deal is a definate for next season, friend inside the club has confirmed this to me. no exact details just that i can have all his old trainin gear and trackies!! RESULT!!

I was one of the armed forces lads who walked out on the pitch for the wolves game. The week before we had a tour around finch farm and when we were taken into the kit room the kit men told us that we will be wearing a Nike kit next season.

Unlikely to happen but what does everyone think of McCarthy cm only 20 lot of potential?

Wigan? Liverpool were in for him a few years ago when he was at Hamilton (correct me if i'm wrong), decent player on all accounts {Ed007's Note - He is a fantastic player mate, I have seen him play since his early teens, Celtic, Man Utd, LFC, Chelsea, Swansea, Reading and even Barcelona had a look at him while he was at Hamilton. I think most of the big teams in the EPL had a look at him at some stage and personally I thought it was rather strange when he went to Wigan. Celtic were very close to signing him at the same time but at Hamilton he was being booed at every SPL ground for choosing to represent Eire over Scotland so I think this may have swayed his decision to snub Celtic and go south. I bore the Man Utd fans to death on their site going on about him, and what he could add to the team. Even at 20 his experience is better than most players at that age, he will end up at a big club soon, I have no doubt and who ever signs him is getting a player that could end up the next Roy Keane IMO.}

Yes my sister's boyfriend is a Wigan fan and he raves about this lad, says he is astonished that no-one has tried to buy him off Wigan. Always saying that he has everything for a midfield player, iv'e saw him twice this season when i went to a wigan game vs Man City and against us a few weeks back, wasn't impressed when we played them but in saying that it was a poor game all together but against Man City he was brillaint.
Should jump at the chance especially if Wigan go down, I can't imagine if they got relegated that he would cost more than 4-5 million ??? Does ed007 know what his valuation would be ??? {Ed007's Note - During the summer it was reported that Wigan wanted £20 million for him. He signed an improved contract with them but if they go down then surely the price would drop drastically, I still think they would be looking for at least £8+ million (my guessing at valuations isn't the best though lol and I am biased). I will say one thing though, the way his transfer to Wigan was structured with add ons etc has helped Hamilton survive and prosper as a club and gave them a sound financial footing for years to come. With no offence to any you guys, I know Everton are a massive, well supported club, it could be a good move for him to progress his career to spend 3/4 years at a club like Everton before moving onto a Man Utd. I hope that came out the way I meant it, like I said I am not slagging or underestimating Everton as a club.}

More reports of a takeover ans season tickets are on sale, kenwright did good in the transfer window but does he think we are stupid, we have been let down before. Us blues will buy are tickets because we are good supporters who have put up with to much for long. There is no need to lie, but I hope I'm wrong

Good team on paper mate, wouldn't work in my opinion though i like this team of 4-4-2

with Heitinga, Coleman, Osman, Cahill, Rodwell and Barkley on the bench its a good attacking side with top options on the bench not forgetting other squad players like Anichebe, Vellios, Baxter, Gueye and Duffy we have a the best squad since 2008/2010 i think

Would have ossie or barkley instead of felli or rodwell mate
