I don't understand why us toffees get ourselves so hyped up about a possible takeover because with Kenwright in charge you might aswell stare out of your window and wait for the chance to see a pig flying . Bill Kenright repels money that is a plain simple fact, he's a good chairman to be totally fair and I love the fact that he is a blue through and through but. If that fateful day comes where Everton are surprisingly and unexpectedly bought, to which I will be proven wrong, I will gladly eat my own words.

We won't get taken over, due to the fact, that in the past when there have been offers, the reason they have fallen through is that kenwright wants to still have a huge say in what goes on, and a controlling hand in everything, i was told this a few years ago, by someone at the club, and its the reason, it always falls through, it makes alot of sense as no one is going to spend millions on a club if the old chairman still wants to have a say on everything

Couldn't agree more with you. That's why i said as long as Kenright is in charge we can kiss goodbye any possible funds. I just wish he would loosen up his pride a little and allow somebody to work with him during these times rather than work for him which results with nothing getting done.

Heard moyes wants to blow his budget(whatever the board come up with and sales) on conor wickham and shane long. Expensive and young but would be on small wages.

Landon Donavon has said in an american newspaper he would really like to come back and play in the premier league as he really enjoyed his time at everton, could this be a hint? {Ed011's Note - He has stated the only english team he would come to is everton, if the money is there it should be a goer if Moyes fancys it

Ambani was in talks with Everton officials over a deal to takeover the club. Before this he was also on the brink of buying Newcastle United.[16][17] He is now believed to be keen to re-kindle his interest in Everton as Chairman Bill Kenwright has admitted he will now actively seek to sell his shares due to the collapse of the clubs Destination Kirkby stadium project.
THIS IS ON WIKIPEDIA 100% TRUE TAKE A LOOK- ANIL AMBANI

Wikipedia's never been a reliable source, especially about football transfers and take over, and especially when it claims something that is nowhere else written. .

I don't believe any transfer until the player is stood in Goodison Park with David Moyes having his photo taken with the shirt.

Hi Ed, is it likely that Craig Mackail-Smith will come to Everton? I was also wondering whether you think Bothroyd or Klose will come as well. Thanks. {Ed011's Note - According to the liverpool echo we aren't going to go for boothryd, Smith is possible especially as moyes like to go for younger players. Klose is apparently going to decide his future very shortly and we are in with a good shout. He was very impressed with what he saw and heard on his visit to Goodison and finch farm.

not a rumour, just wondering what you think ed? i reckon we can sell some players for good money that arent all that important to us anyway (bily, yak and rodwell especially)
out: rodwell, bily, yakubu, vaughan, mucha (25mil all together?)
in: klose/ba, westwood, donovan/jarvis, springthorpe
would be great to get both klose and ba, or donovan and jarvis but i don't think we have the transfer/wage funds, nor do we need all 4 big names {Ed011's Note - a top winger and striker and we would be close to getting sorted, i have a feeling it will be a busy summer at everton, we have started by selling vaughan, yobo should be next and the latest link is that the yak might be off to turkey
