a wish people would stop moaning on this site this is the best team we have had since the 1980,s so lets get behind the lads and enjoy it and hopefully win somthing

Believable5 Unbelievable1

Every football fan moans. its the job. look at both mancs, arsewipe and liverpish. fans are there to moan {Ed025's Note - its ok to moan if things are not going well, but its quite annoying when its all good..

Evertonian 18:78

The path of the Toffee man is beset on all sides, by the inequities of the linesman and the tyranny of evil referees.
Blessed is he who in the name of all that is Blue, shepherds the young to Goodison Park, for they are
truly a true Blue and the finder of new fans.
And we will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger all those who attempt to cheat or injure
our Blue brothers,
And you will know our name is Everton when we lay our vengeance upon Swansea.

Moody Blue {Ed025's Note - nice one moody...lets hope so mate..

Believable2 Unbelievable0

You watch to much lord of the rings mood

Agree0 Disagree0

Anyone like to correct this anonymous poster?
MB {Ed025's Note - i think you should have the honour moody..

Agree0 Disagree0

I'm not a big fan of Tolkien my friend, I had far to much of it stuffed down my throat at school; I am however rather partial to Tarantino.
(It's pulp fiction mate, not lord of the rings, can't stand that.)
Moody Blue {Ed025's Note - well done mate..

Agree0 Disagree0

Good stuff that Moody. Made me smile.

Wizard of Osman

Agree0 Disagree0

Well written & stylish.........but,....is it just me, but if you were having a pint before the match & the guy next to you at the bar started talking like that, would you make your excuses & leave!? I know I would....when I'd finished my pint of course!

Just looked at Yakubu on FIFA and it says he's 48. I thought that's a low rating, then I realised it's his age.

Yes Fellaini has done great against MUFC in the recent games BUT he needs to get back to what he does best and play as a holding midfielder. Monday was a prime example of our inability to shield the centre backs (like when we play against Crouch)....Fellaini plays this role superb..Get him back to his right position, get Mariallis behind Jelavic and stop kicking the ball long! {Ed025's Note - kicking the ball long?....your having a giraffe are,nt you...we have been playing some lovely stuff..

Believable3 Unbelievable0

Yeah ed am not the poster but I agree we do play nice football but at the same time I lost my voice for shouting at jags an other to keep it on the deck fellani is a box to box midfielder with most mileage in the prem why waste I'm upfront ok against the mancs an others top four teams not every game all them fans who say stick fellani behind jelavic you's really do no jack what a waste of an all round player an dont not post this ed cos I disagree yeah I was at the game an am not Avin a giraffe you can honestly say they don't look for that ball to fellani then you 2 don't no jack put I no you will not post my comment Blue Duck {Ed025's Note - its your opinion duck..why would you think i would not post it?...my opinions count for nothing, i give my views yes, but it does not mean i am right!....although i usually am ;)

Agree0 Disagree0

We don't kick the ball long much, when we do it comes off most of the time though, there is nothing against playing 30 yard passes if you can pull them off! I think its great we can swap him about but I think he will be playing the deeper role more often anyway, we definitely can't be playing Osman and Neville in centre mid either

Gods Doctor

Believable4 Unbelievable1

I hate to do it Doc, but I'd have to agree. Plus everybody was moaning about the thought of signing Michael Owen (57 games in 3 seasons) but people appear happy about bringing in Owen Hargreaves (5 games in 4 seasons)

Nostrawigus {Ed025's Note - i for 1 would not be happy about hargreaves..

Agree0 Disagree0

Who would be happy with us getting Hargreaves? Maybe the rest of the prem, but that's about it.

Mike {Ed025's Note - see im right!....even moaning mike agrees ;)

Not a rumour just a thought and I'm sure I speak what a lot of evertonians are thinking when I say, I hope we don't lose anybody in January, this is the first time for a long time when we've had a squad capable of competing realistically for trophies and top 4 IMO , add a couple more in jan and who knows where we can end up,

I love fellaini as much as the next blue, but... Given the start we have had and the football we have played fellaini is not AS important to us as he was before. He's a fantastic player but £30-£40 million for him would mean we could stick 2 or 3 more top class players in our squad and give us a real chance of top four. If we can hold off till the summer, get European football this year (and maybe a trophy) give moyes the profit and we could have a r8 side/squad! We need to sell to keep improving and selling a bloke who might not want to be here to improve us makes sense. Any thoughts?
Also what a first half on Monday. Pienaar best bit of business of the summer in prem league!!

Degsycool

Agree0 Disagree0

I have a good feeling that if we do lose them, we will have £50m in the club coffers. Thanks very much.

Agree0 Disagree0

What the F**K, and so what if we get 50 million in the coffers, at least 30 million of that will go straight to the bank, probably 40 will go though and we will then become a bottom half team {Ed025's Note - our debt is under control..so why would you think that?..

Agree0 Disagree0

4th poster needs a form of anger management if he's getting the ump over the prospect of 50m I'm the bank. Obv don't want to lose them but that figure softens the blow.

In reply to people posting there age on this site I really don't see how that's relevant, people will come on here with great posts whether there 16 or 60 and the same with bad posts, at the end of the day its all about opinions, I agree with some and p**s meself at others, and neville and osman the other night were poor, everyone could see that they totally lost the midfield in the 2nd half, and I'm 37 by the way.
Ste c

Believable2 Unbelievable1

They also bossed the midfield in the 1st half, to say they wer poor is a huge exaggeration. They are both above average prem players and 2 play in a good side 4 10 years proves it. I read a post the other day that said Osman runs in straight lines??? Wtf, shall he run in circles, they r just scape goats and always have been. Maybee the age thing is a bad shout but 2 many people be taking ther football knowledge from computer games and most them are young. In my opinion you gain football knowledge by playing the game. COYB, IMWT, O4E
Kennys p45

Agree0 Disagree0

Pianaar and baines bossed the 1st half, not them, and i think they've been brilliant for efc, but if there not playing well at the moment im not gonna lie i think the two of them together are too lightweight, thats why i'd move fellani back in there while gibson is out, especially against swansea were i think them two could be run ragged.

I love Everton...though i hate the ridiculous expectations of evertonians sometimes. We are having a great start to the season and i think we have the most attractive team to watch since Moyes has been there yet we still get people moaning about something...whether we are winning or losing...playing great or playing crap...signing big players or selling big players... i dont care... im an Evertonian and that is enough for me

Hey ed, this mite Snd mad but can you try to get people to leave there age on posts (especially negative ones) cos I have a sneaking suspicion people who have a go at the likes of Ossie an Neville r kids who don't relize what they do 4 the team. Neville gave an interview on the efc website after the united game (which ossie was great in) and said we he plays centre midfield he PLUGS HOLES allowing pienaar to drift, bains to get forward more ect. Just because their not good on FIFA doesn't meen they're not good players. OSSIE 4 ENGLAND
Kennys p45. Age 24 {Ed025's Note - we had an age poll a couple of months back kenny...but some people will tell porkie pies..

I said it a few weeks ago about keeping big Victor and once again the lad came of the bench and proved me right. It was great to see him actually celebrate his goal for once and rightly so it was a great finish and he should have had a second only for a blind linesman not to give it.Big Victor is still young lads he has had a horrible time with injury i know his body language is not the best but Moyes will sort that in time especially if the lad gets more game time his confidence will grow.I know he is not everybody,s cup of tea but i like the lad and think he can score a fair amount of goals for us this season.I would like to hear the fans give him a better roar when his name is called out before the game as he is not the most popular of our players. This lad is not a bad player to have my fellow blues he will suprise alot of you this season just wait and see.Stef the blue.

Believable8 Unbelievable3

He is rubbish and 1 goal doesn't change that fact.

Mike

Agree0 Disagree0

Mike were are you going with his one goal he got 2 one was wrongly disallowed and what about the goals he got last year and the fact the lad has had some injury,s he just does not get enough games were you cheering when he scored on monday night i bet you were jumping up and down that was a quality finish so don,t just say he is rubbish explain why and justify it then you can have a valid reason for saying it explain why and then i might understand your reason for saying he is rubbish.Stef the blue

Agree0 Disagree0

I've never been a fan of Vic but I agree with you Stef. He's a strong lad and is capable of scoring. One thing that could seriously improve his game would be to cheer the hell up! If you loose the ball, chase it down. Don't give up and start sulking. I say give him a chance. He said himself he's learning off the likes of Jelly... Better runs and positioning could really change him.

Wizard of Osman {Ed025's Note - his moody persona does not not help wiz, its obvious he has talent, but his body language, and demeanour does not endear him to the fans...a smile goes a long way, people pay good money to watch these guys, and the last thing they want to see, is an arrogant young guy, who is paid big money sulking ..

Agree0 Disagree0

Mike, your posts are constantly rubbish and nothing will ever change that. Your nasty and cutting, always have been, always will be in my eyes. I'm a big fan of Vic, he celebrated that brilliantly taken goal as if it was his last. And you criticise his passion ed? No, this goes a bit deeper. I'm not sure what Victor has done to insight such hate from his own fans on this site (that's what is is, pure hate), but I wish it would stop. He is currently on a great goal scoring run, and mark my words, he will be a big player for us over the years. Time some of our fickle fans realised this and tried backing the guy. You may see him smile then

Richard III (sticking up for the boys wearing blue through thick and thin) {Ed025's Note - its not hatred rich...its wanting to see players enjoying it, and with controlled passion..its a two way street mate, and he needs to try harder to endear himself to the fans..

Agree0 Disagree0

Forgot to say the most important thing, I agree with Stef. Spot on mate. Good to see someone sticking up for the lad. I detest fans who turn on their own players.

Richard III {Ed025's Note - i will support anyone who wears the shirt...but you must realise, that not everyone in the asylum is a doctor..

Agree0 Disagree0

Richard , it is good to see positive comments about Vic i have seen a lot of negative comments on here about him in the past. But everyone has there own view on the lad i do not mind if people do not like the lad but if there going to comment on him i would like them to explain why and not just put up silly comments like Mike did.I like you do want more of our fans to open there hearts up a bit more for him but everyone has there own view and thats there given right.I agree with you i think he will become a big player for us but he needs more chances and he is still young but the main thing is he is willing to learn from the likes of the Jellyman and other senior players he said that himself i just hope he proves a lot of people wrong .Stef the blue

Agree0 Disagree0

Agree with all that Ed, With you I know it's not hate, you call it how you see, but some people just seem to dislike him with no opinion as to why. It can't be on goal scoring, I don't know stats but he has been banging them in regularly whenever he plays recently. That's a huge bonus for us if we ever lose Jella to injury, we have a goal scorer waiting in wings. I'm sure his negative emotion towards fans is the result of a young man who has seen the abuse levelled at him by people he would hope to be receiving backing from. And as a guy whose younger brother is a prof footballer and has suffered v nasty injuries, you need the backing from your fans to help you get through it. Because you do wonder if you'll ever play again at that level. And it's a huge emotional stress.

Richard III {Ed025's Note - i get that rich...lets hope this is a new start for him...all the fans want to see is passion, and players proud to wear the shirt, you never know, he may surprise us all mate..

Agree0 Disagree0

He scored 1 on Monday. He should have burst the net with his first effort instead of gambling on the linesman getting the decision right. He is moody and has got a touch like a baby elephant. Not good enough for a prem team.

Mike {Ed025's Note - sometimes he does not make things easy for himself mike...but anyone who wears the shirt should be encouraged, when he comes on, maybe we should give him a rousing cheer, it may spur him on to better things..

Agree0 Disagree0

A lot of people have worn the the shirt who are not good enough victors ad injuries which have stopped his progress in my opinion he should ave gone out like barcley to get game time it very hard to come on in last few mins all the time but is showing improvement with his runs and goal ratio hpoe he proves everone wrong including me gutted we were robbed

Agree0 Disagree0

Well that was a pretty nice touch to turn his marker and lash home what should have been the winning goal... Not bad for a baby elephant!!

I know it's probably not everyone's thing but just seen the ratings for Everton players on Fifa 13. Absolute disgrace. Whatever deal we have with them we should rip it up because I doubt any Everton fan will enjoy playing this game with the team they support. Even if you don't like Fifa, the fact that our players are ALL considered distinctly average by their self proclaimed scouting network should make your blood boil.

Believable4 Unbelievable0

What are the ratings? Baines, pienaar and Fellaini are never rated highly on it :(

I always bump thier ratings up to what I think they should be....

Tree Blue

Agree0 Disagree0

Who cares

Agree0 Disagree0

I play Fifa and I think it's been really harsh on Everton this year with the ratings

Agree0 Disagree0

Off top of head it was, Felli 81, Baines 80, Pienaar 78, Jela 77, Distin 76, Jags 79, Gibbo 75, to name a few. Basically no player has been improved from last year. The only changes have been downgrades, Baines is the exact same. Pienaar is a v bad 78, no pace, can't really pass or shoot either.

Agree0 Disagree0

I care.

Richard III

Agree0 Disagree0

Does it really matter. If it bothers you that much, you can just change them.

Not true. Felli was 79, pienaar 77, gibbo 74, and other unmentionned players have improved too (barkley, heitinga, osman, etc.). {Ed025's Note - all them computer games ...are a load of frollicks..

Agree0 Disagree0

Ha I did the original post, can't believe the over reaction! Was just saying. If only for the young blues who share my frustration regarding this. Its not a real football issue, but I was just venting frustration about something that does relate to everton. Never mind though! I know from now on!
