Not a rumour, but I think we could do with a lot worse players than Raul. I know, you're all going to look at me and think: he knows nothing, just because he scored a hat-trick, it doesn't mean he is Messi, but Raul has, and still does do it at the top level, respect for the man.

In January we already have donovan on loan so:
Out:
billy £5-8million
Heitinga £3-5million
Saha £5-6million
In:
Morten gamst Pedersen Blackburn £5-6million
Kenwyne jones stoke £5-10million
Bother lower league team players so wage shouldn't be a factor

Ed my mate lives on same road as George green in mirfield Yorkshire he turned down man u to sign for everton he raves about him {Ed001's Note - he is a top class young player, it was a huge coup to get his signature.}

I no of the clubs that were after him but possibly more importantly i no wa certain people have said about him... a certain player generally known as the second best payer ever has been caught on interview saying that if his development continues he expects green to be mentioned in the same breath as him.. I'm not to sure about tha but he certainly looks special even compared to watching rooney/rodwell at his age

I would make four changes for wednesday night, ditin for heitenga, barkley or rodwell for neville, drenthe for gueye and denis for cahill. Denis and drenthe changed the game for us! They both deserve a start,
Howard
Hibbert jags distin baines
Fellani
Osman (rodwell or barkley) drenthe
Denis saha.
Denis first touch was a flick on which saha forced a save from ruddy!
And then continued to win most headers, held the ball up well and occupied defenders, drenthe just kicked ass! He makes the odd mistake but his attacking play is vitl for us!

we need to get nicky maynard he is class he is playing in a very poor side even we make more chances than bristol city he takes at least 1 in 2 more than the tosh we have upfront. other signing for me is a easy one get pienaar back and monitor the situaton with djalo. bring in adam matthews from celtic or play coleman at right back. i wont go again why hibbert plays his heart is in right place but he aint good enough. offloadn him heitinga, bily and anichebe and we may get about a pound to spend !

Im just worried as moyes plays the sympathy card once again wishing he had money to spend ...He loves it ...We suffer and he gets his fat wage and goes another season without anything ...seen it too many times ..we need him out and soon

Talking of Buttons, one team in this league has spent virtually nothing on thier entire squad, and sitting above us in the league yes you guessed it Norwich less than £10 mil, and as far as I could see yesterday they have what we don't ,, the will and desire to win, we battered them for 20 minites and they held fast,Ruddy, well I always knew he would come back to haunt us Holt, How the hell did he get through 6 blue shirts and score, simple Its called Desire to win, our goal was a fluke, Ruddy had it covered till it hit Osman's foot and deflected the shot, Got a feeling we are in for a Tonking at Carrow road. Sorry for being so blunt but thats the way i see it at the moment

just watched villa liverplod on tv and thank god for moyes cos villa were rubbish so poor and bolton and blackburn I watched yersterday were worse with clear manager problems and dont even mention wolves ....and a team doing well stoke how could you watch that week in and week out ....so I for one think we lucky to have moyes altho he should stop making all his players into work horses there has to be room for luxury players like drenthe ..otherwise alex young would never have become a legend and kevin sheedy would still be in liverplods reserves...keep the faith blues and love to you ed ...tp

These next 4 games plus the Spurs replay are crucial. If we can get 12 points out of these games it gets us out of a lot of shtuk, but we need sh*t loads of luck!! These teams want to win and will be desperate to stay in the prem league. At the moment we have to face it that we are in a relagation battle. We certainly can't beat the big teams and we are struggling to to get a point out of the smaller teams. Our players simply arn't good enough, no matter what formations / tactic's we play. We just need to grin and bear it and support the club and it's interests in whatever happens. We just need to stick to a regular team, make use of our subs and hope for the best...COYB
