I live down South so can any1 shed any light as to whether Everton 1 or 2 is as poorly stocked as the website? I find it hard to believe there are no shorts left at all in a mens XL! BlueTone {Ed025's Note - i was in everton 2 last week tone, and it seemed to be well stocked mate..

My birthday was on the Stoke game, so I had a few bob to spend in Everton. I wanted the Nike Polo Shirt in light blue or whatever colour you call it - not the dark one and not the 50/50 one.

Anyway, I'm a Men's M size, and the shelf had none, so I asked the lady to see on the back, and nitto. In the end I went with the 2 for £20 tshirts and the white, plain Everton (not Nike) polo top.

Just my luck. Although I'm happy with what I have it is is Everton. Everton/football takes up 90%+ of my life. {Ed025's Note - i like your style keith..

I work with Nike ( but not for them), they have very strict rules on production so in the first year of producing our shirt they would be very couscous not to over produce. This inevitably means that towards the end of the campaign we may run very low in core sizes. The medium and large usually, and junior.

They use the first season to learn but then get it right for the following seasons.

I actually can't wait for the kitbag deal to end so that the shirt can be bought in retail outlets everywhere. Surely with a shirt as good as ours we would benefit more if this was the case.

I was wondering if you could shed any light on this Ed, but I've been told that we're in for a lad from Ajax who's only 18 called Viktor Fischer. I know absolutely nothing of him and I was wondering whether he was any good. Apparently he's valued at 6-8 million.

BitterBlue {Ed025's Note - he has been linked to the reds mate, but im afraid i dont know much about him bitter..

More of a talent than Eriksen apparantly and from what I've seen he looks amazing, great ball control, not the fastest, but has excellent vision and can pick a pass from anywhere.

I have watched Ajax a few times this season purely to keep tabs on this guy. Arguably, he is one of the hottest talents (up there with Deulofeu) in Europe and I personally believe he is going to be better than Christian Eriksen. He is quick, skillful and can finish and mainly plays anywhere along in the attacking third.

As for Ed's comment, I haven't heard any interest from the Reds, but I can assure you that anyone who acquires this superb talent will have a real gem in their hands.

Can Everton get him? 6-8 million may seem steep to some, but this guy would be well worth it and I would encourage us to try and sign him. Would he join? That's the thing. He's currently enjoying his breakthrough season and looks to easily build on that next season and unless any big offers come in, I can't see him moving.

In short; this guy will be world class.

p. s: he scored a worldy the other week http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bLGIITlce1g

Agree0 Disagree0

Absolutely no chance of getting him for that price. I reckon he would go for over £16 million. And if he was available, all the top clubs will be after him.

Mike

Agree0 Disagree0

Agreed Mike we would never get him we have to accept we can't attract these players when we aren't in the CL {Ed025's Note - thats a bit premature is,nt it?....we could still make CL or europa, this guy does come with a big reputation, and will be much sought after, so maybe not, but dont be so dismissive of the chances of us attracting some big names, we are still a big club!..

Does any1 else prefer fellaini in midfield like against arsenal? I reckon we dominated the midfield which is good considering the midfield they have even if we did do it aggressively! Gibson and fellaini partnered well together aswel understood each other. I would like to see the same line up against Sunderland but bring jelavic in, I know some people might say its unfair on anichebe but we know what jelavic is capable of and we need him to hit some form even if its for the last 3 games? And leaving him on the bench isn't gona make that happen! Opinions any1? Tom

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Thought that was the best i've seen fellani in the centre mid pos, and if barkley is going to keep his place, then we need a forward with a football brain who can see a pass, so yep I agree bring jelavic back in.

Agree0 Disagree0

Good shout. jela done the biz last time at stadium of light. may just do it again.

Agree0 Disagree0

I don't think we were aggressive, per se, but we put it up them fair and square, hard but fair. And yes I think you make a valid point, Barkley likes to play neat little passes and through-balls in and around the box which suits Jela playing off the last man (providing he can stay onside), rather than Vic who's more of a battering ram.

Does anyone else think there will be big changes this summer? Could Jelavic be sold?

Think Naismith could also be away along with other fringe men. Naismith has been an absolutel disater and really isn't cut out for the EPL, Bryan Oviedo also looks out his depth.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

How can you say that Oviedo is out of his depth when we've hardly seen him enough to make any kind of judgement.

Agree0 Disagree0

How can you look out of depth on the bench?

Out of his depth? Are you mental?, we've hardly seen him and when we have he has been good, against Norwich at home he got an assist and was MOTM IMO, against Villa at home he outpaced Agbonlahor on two occasions and on those two occasions put in two great tackles which could of led to goals.
