Ibrahimovich top top player, unbelievable

Osman looked like he has been playing for England for ten years, good game little man and defo playing again, lost me a tenner though

Missed jags in defence big time

Couldn't agree more Deg, he never mis-placed a pass all night and found himself in some cracking attacking positions. I think he showed how useful he can be for England as his distribution was great and he had quick feet around and in the box. I'm one very proud Blue at the moment.

He's got good feet and in international football he'll get more time on the ball. He could get a few more caps.

By the way Ibrahimovic shinned his fourth, no doubt.

Oh and one last thing Gerrard is a long ball merchant.

I thought Ossie had a reasonable game - nothing spectacular but didn't disappoint either - he nearly had a couple of goals and his mazy dribble in the box nearly came off

however - was it me or did it look like gerrard didn't really want to pass it to him? I kept seeing Gerrard punting his long balls anywhere other than play a decent obvious pass Ossie - and most of the time if long ball punts came to nothing - he just does them for vanity - 'look at me pulling all the strings' - when most of em dont come off

Agree0 Disagree0

It's just a shame it's taken this long for him to be given his chance.

I don't normally advocate mid week friendlies during the season but I'd just like to wish Ossie the best of luck for tonight, long overdue considering some of the muppets who've been selected over the last 6-7 years.
ps I'm all for good causes Ossie but lose the mo mate, you look like a greek widow.

I think a new GK would be to early to sign howards doin great and he can play another 5-7 years so if we sign butland or another young GK and sell mucha we would just waist talent Pakistani Blue

We do need to sign a better back up goalee to give howard some proper competition, and also for if he gets injured, the thought if mucha in the premiership frightens me and it might make howard perform a bit more consistently cos he's very inconsistent thtis season. Butland would be perfect young and talented
Ste c {Ed025's Note - i agree ste..

Agree0 Disagree0

We do need a decent back up keeper to howard as mucha is a crab, and whenever he's playing you can see the defence are not so confident with him behind them. Manninger would be a good bet for me, if he's good enough to be back-up for Juve he should be good enough for us although his age would be the only slight concern.

Agree0 Disagree0

There is nothing wrong with Jan Mucha, he is unbelievably brilliant. If he was at any other club he would be number 1. It's not his fault that Tim Howard happens to be the best goalie in the world. People don't call Much the 'Slovak Casillas' for nothing.

Mike {Ed025's Note - you always go against the grain mike dont you!...im not saying that your wrong, for sticking up for one of our players, just that you do like to play devils advocate..

Agree0 Disagree0

We lose every time Mucha plays

So the daily mail says mirrallas is out for 3 weeks but then again gregg o'keefe from the echo says he he could be back for the Norwich game as they know the result of his scan. Anyway we shouldn't actually need him against Reading or Norwich as we should beat them with or without him. Saying that we will miss his creativity and pace. What to do know? well for me do we give naismith the chance to impress or for me switch coleman back on the wing and play oviedo or neville at RB? either way another win on saturday please.

mirillas apparently out for 3 weeks. if we could get him back for arsenal which is 2 weeks or the following match vs city that would be great. realisticallyif we are serious about finishing in the top 4 then reading away and norwich at home we should be able to win with him out although it won't be as easy as people think. like i posted a few days ago to get 4th we need to keep felli and buy at least a cm and back up striker. coyb!!

If were going to lose Felli,id rather it be abroad! would hate to see a product of Everton play for another premier league side! i think given how long he still has left we could command that! also if we wanted to we could make him see his contract out that way his best years will be spent with us! not sure though if when he did renew his contract with us that it had a buy out clause?... i think this may be the case.

Believable3 Unbelievable0

I thought it had a buy-out clause of £24million
