If barkley does have to go out on loan which I don't want him too then let's let Blackpool have him holloway will be the best manager for him and they play attacking football

I agree with the posters who suggest that the agree/disagree buttons should be removed from the banter page. They are too easily abused by malicious posters and - as I understand it - the Eds can't stop that. That's unlike the Eds' ability to prevent offensive posts being published. Free speech is to be admired IMHO, but some level of commonly agreed respect is surely valid too. Anyone making fun of people dying - such as by taking a "disagree" to the sincere and heartfelt JFT96 posts - is a warped individual as far as I'm concerned.

I agree with Doc. The only thing that actually comes to mind, in terms of persons, etc, is the replies. My eyes barely, if ever, even scan across the dislike/like buttons.

Is there any truth in the link with Ross Barkley to Sheffield Wednesday on loan i think it would be good for him to get regular 1st team experience but i do think he is good for our first team as it is. {Ed025's Note - there is talk of it..but i agree with you, he is first team material..

I dont think the Manager is the problem for England, the players are just not good enough to get to the level that England fans think they should be at. Apart from euro 96 England have not looked like they could compete with the top teams in a major tournament let alone win one.
These players are better than what we had when we made it to semis against Germany but the manager got the best out of players gazza allowed to be himself players need to express themselves that comes down to a manager best prem players in last 6 or 7 seasons cole Gerrard lampard Rooney terry all been top players for years at clubs and Europe but not performed for England on big stage that is down to man management
