Everton will not score enough goals to win enough games fro a CL position. Strikers are best in partnerships. Jelavic needs a strike partner. Felliani is not a striker and is best employed in CM. We meed to play 4-4-2 when we get a decent second striker.

Moyese reliance on playing Felliani behing the striker is a nonsencse as was playing Cahill in that position.

The sooner Moyses goes the better--lets go for Laudrup

Believable4 Unbelievable4

I hear your points about 4-4-2 and not playing fellainis in that role - but I reckon that jelly is just in a dip and velios. well I don't know why he ain't given a little time. but I gues they reckon he's not the full deal yet. he's what 20 21? But aside him we don't have many options. Yes the tier window been and gone. but for whatever Aston he did nt see what he wanted. Cat amongst the pigeons. I wonder if hell give Valois a crack against old ham in that 4-4-2 role. jlaff

Agree0 Disagree0

Don't know if you have noticed but Laudrup only plays with one striker too

Agree0 Disagree0

Laudrup sometimes only plays Michu upfront, who is a midfielder, so your laudrup/442 dream is nonsense.

I know Ross Barkley has gone of the radar abit over last 12-18 months but I think its great how Moyes has sent him out on loan to gain experience. i'm really hoping he comes back and help push for a strong finish, Every one involved in the youh team talk about just how good he his and how much better he was than Rdwell. It won't be longbefore heto is a player worth £15-20 million. Come on lad get stuck in nows your chance

It pains me to make this obversation, but, if ross barkley cannot hold down a starting place in a very average championship side, then he may not be quite the player we all thought he was, but, I hope to hell i'm wrong. {Ed025's Note - they were playing him out wide, which is not his forte mate, he is good enough..

Believable1 Unbelievable3

Ed that's quite correct. Totally out of position. And let's not forget we've seen world class players move clubs and fall over. anyone remember shevshenko, veron. etc. I saw both play against us and they did n't show any signs of class to me. but you can't ignore their ability has been proven. he's a young lad and a crackin player. watch this space. jlaff

Agree0 Disagree0

Leeds fan here pal. Belive me your wrong. Barkley is a cracking player. Defo 1 for the future. in another 12 to18 month he will be hell of a player. But sadley wornock can't seem to see it that's all. Wornocks lost the plot = no promotion for us especially now we ant got ross barkley. {Ed025's Note - most of us rate him highly as well mate...cheers..

Agree0 Disagree0

My wife's brother is a Leeds fan and told me the same thing mate. Most Leeds fans could see his ability but it was wasted playing right wing. When he played on loan at Sheff Wed he played in the middle I watched 2 games on sky and he was terrific, great touch, pass and he scored a few aswell.
Shame because I thought going to Leeds would be a great step for him but from what my Brother in Law and the poster on here have said Warnock was clueless with him

Leeds fan in peace here lads! Just to confirm that young barkley did nothing wrong on loan at are place. It's purely Wornock. he simply has lost the plot lads. When he played him he played him out wide out of position but that's no suprise its took him 4 month to realise are captain is a natural center half and not a left back. but anyway barkley is a going to be a top player in another 2/3 seasons in my opinion. Very good lad for the future who will soon be back out on loan cause any other championship manager will welcome him with open arms (apart from ours! )

Believable7 Unbelievable1

Strange one that. He is not a wide player one bit. Saw him a few times on loan at Sheffield Wednesday and he played centre mid and looked really good for them. Thought going to Leeds would be a good move for him

Agree0 Disagree0

My point aswell not long before he is a top player

Agree0 Disagree0

Its just wornock who's strange mate he ant got a clue. the lads class better than anything we have got in Centre mid. And wornock sticks him on the wing what a donkey he really is. Season over for us now after last night. Mot next season!.

Been a bit depressing on here the past few days, so I thought I'd try the official site to try and cheer myself up a bit. Anyway there was a link that said "Watch Everton Ladies in Action. "
It was a bit disappointing though, something about football.

What would you say to Nigel Adkins as a replacement if Moyes leaves at the end of the season. Would you have him as manager?

Ste F

Believable4 Unbelievable11

If bill kenwright is chairman in 3 years time, were do think everton will be. {Ed 025's Note - in a similar spot to where we are now..

Agree0 Disagree0

Noooooooooooooo {Ed025's Note - hes ok for small, insignificant clubs, like southampton....but not big enough for us.. :)

Agree0 Disagree0

Dont talk rubbish you got the best chairman any one could wish, give your head a shake and look at the way some chairmans run there club. Long live Bill Kenwright

ALL THESE MANAGERS YOU ALL MENTION WILL NEED MONEY TO SPEND WHICH WE don't HAVE

Agree0 Disagree0

Has to be Bilic for me>

Agree0 Disagree0

My shortlist

1- michael laudrup
2- stubbs/neville combo
3- roberto di matteo
4- roberto martinez

dazza the jock

Agree0 Disagree0

Slaven bilic avram grant

Agree0 Disagree0

It will be Phil Neville.

Agree0 Disagree0

I don't want to see the stubbs/neville combo anywhere near the managers job as that would be the stuff of nightmares.

Agree0 Disagree0

A name I haven't seen mentioned and I don't know if he would come but solsjkaer? won back to back leages at molde (ok not a tough league) but honest, hard working guy and would love to manage in england

Agree0 Disagree0

If Moyes goes it has to be Martinez plays a good style of football has prem
Experience gets the most from his players and would be proud to work with the talent at everton also got a decent record in transfer market geting
Decent players for his budget {Ed025's Note - i like him as well mate..

Agree0 Disagree0

Martinez, hmmmmm. simillar to Moyes in the transfer market, very frugal. Unlike Moyes, assembles a team who get 7/8 good results a season, constant threat of relegation, talks a good game and is highly regarded amongst the footy elite but would have us in the same position Wigan have been in for the last 4 years ( In my opinion ) Can`t really see what is so good about him, relegation fodder every year. Yes, he might be able to pull the rabbit out of the hat and stay up, but let him do that at Wigan, not with the Blues.

If a big 'IF' Chelsea offered 15M plus Lukaku for Marouane Fellaini in in the summer, would you take it? I would personally.

Ste F

Believable7 Unbelievable7

Lukaku was bought for around 20m 18 months ago Ste. He is only 19. Fellani is not worth close to 35m IMO and I think Lukaku will be 30m plus player in a couple years. I would be extremely disappointed if Chelsea did something so stupid, when there are much better players than Fellani for the holding role we need filled. Cracking player, but you can keep him. How about taking Torres off our hands? : -)

Melbourne CFC

Agree0 Disagree0

Torres? Poor player, and you can keep him. I agree Fellaini is a cracking player, but there is much better out there for the fee he would command. He's not world class as many would suggest, and only this season has started to play consistently well and looked like living up to his full potential, though he does have the odd game where he seems uninterested.
